This item is delivered full assembled and has galvanized steel bolts which will not rust. In order to prolong the life of this 2 seater bench if possible, bring it inside for the winter or use a loveseat bench cover of a suitable size. We advise treating this wood once a year or it can be painted with an outdoor paint which will mean it just requires an occasional wipe over and can be left outside all year round, and should last you for many years.
