Simply un-hook your BBQ grill and replace with the hot plate. Very versatile, this hot plate and frying pan can be used for many different recipes and enhancement of the enjoyment of the use of your chimenea. Made of cast iron therefore will rust. Clean before use. Clean after use and coat with vegetable oil. Keep dry. BBQ grills and other accessories are coated with vegetable cooking oil during manufacture but may have gathered dirt and dust therefore need to be cleaned in hot water and detergent to remove any foreign matter and debris.
